Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all MLO designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact and undamaged.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
